New Water Valve Option

  Due to customer request we have developed a new Water Valve Option that may be added to a new  CB32R or CB42R. Field installation is also possible on these and the older CB32 or CB42 models. The brackets are specific to the model thus the model number is required when ordering.

  This valve will allow an adjustable fine flow of water into the loader only when the air is flowing down the hose. Watering of the cartridges in the shipping box is not required and thus the blasting crew are not handling wet cartridges for hours at a time during loading. Provisions have been made to wet a new dry hose with a full flow stream of water by pressing a push button on the side of the valve.

  The water valve manifold (rectangular block located by the loading end of the loader) contains the valves and is an integral part of the mouth piece funnel casting.
